How to find your Sponsor ID
Your Sponsor ID can be found on your Blue Card. It
is the first six digits above the barcode on your Blue Card. Your ID looks like 2####9. You can also find your Sponsor ID on the BGCMN app (for registered users).
Important Fee Information
Please note a $2.95 fee will be charged on all credit and debit card payments. There are no additional fees for ACH.
Payments for the current week of service must be made by Thursday at noon for the payment to be processed by the end of the day on Friday.
